Premier Sponsorship

  • Sponsor Logo on all promotional collateral, produced by Hebe Haven Yacht Club including:
    • race T-Shirt
    • race marks
    • backdrop for prize presentation
    • banners, flags & coasters displayed on the Club premises
    • logo flag or sticker on hull of each boat
    • all race documents
  • Event flags and banner displayed on Hiram's Highway, the main throughfare between Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung with high volume exposure (more than 20,000 Annual Average Daily Traffic)

  • Premier Sponsor can make use of the parking area next to the pier for product and promotional materials display during the race days
  • Double-page-spread Sponsor's advertisement and full-page event editorial in Hebe Haven Yacht Club magazine Hebe Jebes (2 issues) distributed to 1,000 members
  • Promotion of the event by weekly email to all members, sponsor'sadvertising on our website & hyperlink to sponsor's website
  • Extensive coverage of event news in the mass media, boating magazines, all Yacht Clubs and many schools and institutions in Hong Kong
  • Premier Sponsor can participate in the event and produce a sail with logo for the dinghy/yacht in which the team sails (production cost of the sail will be responsible by Sponsor)
  • Premier Sponsor will be invited tofire the finish gun for the races
  • Premier Sponsor will be invited to present the Trophy to the Winners at the Prize Giving Ceremony
  • Premier Sponsor can use the event name for marketing
