Guidelines for Boat Owners
MARINA BERTHS
  1. Boat owners should not discharge bilge water into the sea.
  2. Members are encouraged to use the free holding tank pump-out service provided by the Club and not discharge raw sewage into the sea.
  3. To secure additional mooring lines in the event of a Typhoon.
  4. Remove or secure awnings, covers and sails during a Typhoon.
  5. Do not clutter the finger piers with personal items restricting access to other users.
  6. No repair and maintenance work can be carried out on the pontoons that will cause an inconvenience to other user members.
  7. Members intending on upgrading or changing their vessel should liaise with the Marine Manager before doing so, in order to verify whether the new boat will fit into the allocated berth.
MOORINGS
  1. Boat owners should not discharge bilge water into the sea.
  2. Secure boat to the mooring with additional lines in the event of Typhoon.
  3. Check mooring bridles frequently and replace when necessary.
  4. Secure all awnings, sail covers and bimneys in the event of a Typhoon.
  5. Members intending on upgrading or changing their vessel should liaise with the Marine Manager before doing so, in order to verify whether the new boat will fit onto the allocated mooring.
HARDSTANDS / RACKINGS
  1. Ensure boat covers are maintained in good condition and tented.
  2. All mooring lines and fenders are secured inside the boat prior to return to the boat rack.
  3. Self- bailing boats need to have transom plugs removed prior to return to the boat rack.
  4. No additional petrol containers are allowed to be stored on the hardstand, except for what is in the tanks of your boat.
  5. Request launching of your boat at least 1 hour prior to arrival at the Club.
  6. Advise Marine staff when you have finished to allow them to recover your boat from the pontoon area.
  7. No repair and maintenance work is to be carried out on the hardstand or boat racks.
  8. Members intending on upgrading or changing their vessel should liaise with the Marine Manager before doing so, in order to verify whether the new boat will fit into the allocated space or rack.
