Let’s opt for E-Statement, protect the environment

In line with our Club’s environmental policy, Hebe Haven Yacht Club will be introducing the E-Statement system to our members in April 2010.

All members can then login and view their statements once they are issued at our Club’s official website. You can enjoy greater convenience in a secure platform to access your account at any time while saving paper and building a greener future for our next generation.

Members Notes:

1. The members statement of account will be assumed correct unless notice to the contrary is received within 7 days after its issue.

2. A handling fee of HK$50.00 will be charged for each and every Auto Pay rejection by the Bank. Ensure auto pay limits are sufficient to avoid these charges.

3. Club usage transactions on or after the closing date will be reflected in the following month's statement.

4. Failure to make payment on or before the due date will result in a late payment charge of HK$350.00 to be debited to your club account.

5. Any payment discrepancies will be credited to your Club account in the following month.

6. Payments by cheque should be made payable to "The Hebe Haven Yacht Club Limited". Cheque payments will be subject to a handling fee of HK$50.00

THE E-STATEMENT WILL RUN IN PARALLEL WITH THE TRADITIONAL MONTHLY STATEMENT UP TO THE END OF DECEMBER 2010.

THE FULL E-STATEMENT SYSTEM WILL TAKE EFFECT FROM 1ST JANUARY 2011.
