Marine Operations Administrator | The position will be responsible for all administrative aspects of the Marine Office in order to maintain the smooth activity of Operations and the Marine Department Responsibilities: - Reports to Operations, Facilities and Project Manager / Marine Manager, in marine operations and projects paperwork
- Assist in arranging job tasks and co-ordinates with operational workers, answering phone calls related to Marine services
- Update members vessel profile in the membership system, verify marine facilities and service charges record
- Make sure the equipment in the Marine office is functional and arrange R&M when needed
- Handle and set up a proper filing system on quotations, invoices, official receipts, government correspondence, contracts, agreements, letters etc
- Assign marine locker to members when requested
- Arrange Club Boat – Hebe One’s booking. Coordinate with relevant departments in order to fulfil members’ requests
| Requirements: - Tertiary educated, formal training in logistic management preferred
- With minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, with exposures from marine or logistic environment an advantage
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, ability to work independently and multi-tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Cantonese
- Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
| Administrative Officer | Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the members and executives.
- Handle internal and external correspondence and inquiries
- Assists in managing the Club Merchandise
- Co-ordinate projects, events and meetings with internal and external parties
- Prepare analytical reports and presentation materials
- Take minutes of meetings and dual translation when needed
| Requirements: - Relevant studies in secretarial course preferable but not essential
- 2-3 years secretarial support experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Mature and detail oriented
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Well versed in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
