Exciting News: Our New Website Goes Live on November 20th!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new Hebe Haven Yacht Club website, which will go live on Thursday, November 20th, at 5 PM! You can explore the new site at www.hhyc.org.hk.

• Members’ Area: Log in to view exclusive members-only documents, your own statements, AGM Minutes, and General Committee Minutes.
• Self-Managed Content Updates: Our staff can now keep pages up to date without relying on external vendors.
• Dual Language Access: We are proud to be the first yacht club in Hong Kong to offer a dual-language website, reflecting our diverse membership.

While we have conducted thorough testing to ensure a smooth launch, we anticipate there may still be a few minor glitches. We are also still working on the translation and photo galleries. Our photos were stored in 4 different places and not well labelled if at all. This means it is a mammoth task to bring them all into one place, label them, and create galleries. This will be done over the coming months by AppIT. Our office team are also gradually working through the pages, translating the content.

All members will soon receive an email prompting them to create a new password for accessing the members’ area. This will enable you to enjoy all new features, including viewing your personal statements and accessing members-only forms. The data transfer from our membership database is carried out securely and does not give the website access to any other information in the database.
