Come and join us on Hap Mun Beach on New Year's Day for the annual HHYC BBQ. Bring your own boat or hop on a club Sampan to the the beach for some fun and games. BBQ packs can be ordered from the club or you can bring your own picnic.
Join us for this popular fun and festive day out on the water, ending up with a prizegiving at Yau Ley Restaurant from 14.00-15.00. Pick up your information and quiz at the bar from 9.00am. You will need a handheld VHF to take part in this fun navigational race.
This is a joint cruising event between the COA, RHKYC, ABC, HHYC and DBYC involving FOUR SIMULTANEOUS PERSUIT RACES starting in different parts of Hong Kong, with a common final leg, then a prizegiving and BYO BBQ at South Bay. Prizes of Rum Kettles will be awarded for each course and also for the final common leg. See the COA website for booking forms and race instructions.
Come and join us for a round Kau Sai Chau challenge, then anchor up for a prize giving and DIY BBQ at Victoria Recreation Club at Emerald Bay. Each boat may make as many attempts at the challenge as it wishes between 07.00-16.00 and corrected times shall be assessed using HKPN (& IRC if there are enough entires). For motorboats a separate challenge will be set, details TBA. Prizes will be kettles of Mount Gay Hebe Tee. Participants can bring their own food & drinks. Entry Fee of HK$550 per boat to cover prizes, sampan service, BBQ facilities and use of VRC premises.

Come and join us for our popular Sailaway day to Pak Sha Chau Beach. Entry is free, but bring your own BBQ food and drinks. A free sampan service will be provided within the anchorage. Cruisers and dinghies are both welcome. Dinghies can be hired from the club, but book early to avoid dissapointment.
Join the COA to overnight at the Victoria Recreation Club at Deepwater Bay for a BBQ. There is good holding in front of the beach, but avoid the area where there are subsea cables. No sampan service is avilable so bring your dinghy.
This is a 3 day club to club rally with 3 races and 3 parties.
Day 1; Lammas to Silvermine Bay - Party hosted by DBYC
Day 2; Silvermine Bay to ABC Middle Island - Party hosted by ABC
Day 3; ABC Middle Island to HHYC - Prizegiving Party hosted by HHYC

This is a fun cruising race where boats have to find six buoys spread around port shelter and collect the letters written on them to make up a word. A number of challenges also need to be completed on the way round including cooking a meal, anchoring, sailing backwards and much more. Each boat will need to estimate its finish time and the boat that finishes closest to that time with the correct word from the buoys wins. See the sailing instructions for full details. The event will be rounded off with a prizegiving party in the evening. It is open to motor boats and sailing boats and will be a great family day out !

SATURDAY THE 23RD NOVEMBER
This event will be open to speed boats and sailing boats and will be a great day out for all. The goal is to have a series of challenges during the race and to go find letters on 6 marks randomly spread around Port Shelter. You will have an estimated finish time and the boat that finishes closest to that time with the correct word from the letters on the marks wins. Please read the SI's for a better understanding of the day, and for the list of challenges you will need to do during the race. All entry fees will be a donation to charity and it will be a great family day out.
The Hebe Haven 50th Anniversary Boat Pageant will include a boat parade (dressed overall), helicopter photo-shoot, an overnight raft up and beach party on a nearby beach. HHYC will provide a BBQ buffet, bar and sanpan service to the beach. For updates and details follow the club website and notice boards. Join us for a beach BBQ at Hap Mun Beach. Either bring your own boat and anchor at the beach or catch the ferry service from HHYC departing every half an hour between 9.30 and 16.30.
